The Service Package includes the following services to deploy recording solution to meet compliance needs:

  • Site –Inspection and readiness survey for checking the Customer provided Hardware servers to be as per Specifications
  • Recording Server implementation based on Port Mirroring / Spanning or SIPREC
  • CTI Integration with existing telephony provider
  • Screen recording Server implementation ( Optional )
  • Integration of voice and screen recorders with Application server for playback and search .
  • SIPREC Integration between recording solution & existing SBC Solution ( Optional )
  • Test Recording based on compliance needs
  • Proactive monitoring , Analysis and reporting of any vulnerabilities in the running system
